a much easier tread with a healthy body.
The path to obtaining successful fitness goals is not an easy one. I requires hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance. No pills, no ab widgets, and no infomercial gimmicks can produce quick fix success. In the real world, success comes from sweat and tears. Now go get sweaty!
I will promise, that those who are willing to make that level of dedication, the end reward will be much more sweet. The more difficult the path the sweeter the reward.
You can choose to be that master of your life, or the victim! Your choice.
