TetraFit Fitness Program

 The TetraFit Program is our signature fitness program. TetraFit stands for the four aspects of fitness including cardiovascular, strength, nutrition, and metabolism. Each aspect is tailored specifically to your individual goals, fitness level, barriers to success, and most of all metabolism. The TetraFit™ plan is our most comprehensive plan that utilizes all of our services.

 

Two key factors that contribute to a successful fitness program is education and accountability. Our programs are written in great detail and we go great lengths to make sure our clients are educated on how to implement their program and why their program is designed the way it is.

 

Accountability is a strong motivational factor. Clients' fitness levels, activity logs, and nutritional intake are evaluated every month to determine progress and adherence.  Clients are fitted with programmed heart rate monitors that record exercise duration, intensity, and energy expenditure of all exercise sessions. The recorded data is downloaded weekly to be viewed and analyzed.  This type of supervision keeps clients accountable, involved, and helps inform clients about the affects of their lifestyle choices.

Each workout is recorded by the watch so that I have the ability to track your progress inside and outside of the gym.
